Sam has seven years experience of leading change in the National Health Service. Before establishing Sam Smith Consulting Ltd, he spent three years working as a Senior Project Manager in Newham University Hospital's Service Transformation and Redesign Team and almost no department of the Trust went untouched by him in that time.
